The urgent application that Rural and MBF brought against Eskom to allow us to use the solar farm to ease the burden of load shedding in Frankfort, unfortunately did not succeed. The main reason for this is that Mafube municipality failed to submit the necessary declaration to the High Court. So there will probably be a return to the Eskom schedule for load shedding from tomorrow 21 April after 17h00.
**This is a bitter disappointment for us, but MBF would like to assure you that we will not deviate from our plan to make the entire Mafube region independent of Eskom power as soon as possible.
