• Sosio-ekonomiese infrastruktuurverbetering en -ontwikkeling;
• Verfraaiing en Omgewingsbestuur;
• Plaaslike ekonomiese ontwikkeling en anti-armoede-program; en
• Toerisme, Erfenis en Bemarking.
Mafube Besigheidsforum (MBF) glo hierdie 4 pilare as ewe belangrik - elkeen interafhanklik van mekaar.

[eng] For the revitalization of Mafube's four towns, Cornelia, Frankfort, Tweeling and Villiers, a coherent, integrated and coordinated program approach will be required. The program must stand on four main pillars:
Socio-economic infrastructure improvement and development;
Beautification and Environmental Management;
Local economic development and anti-poverty programme; off Tourism, Heritage and Marketing.
Mafube Business Forum (MBF) believes these 4 pillars as equally important - each interdependent on the other. When each proverbial pillar functions optimally there is harmony and stands in a relationship of synergy with each other. Each pillar is made up of smaller segments that can be described as tasks and/or projects that must be initiated, undertaken, completed and assessed.
Waste management is one of the most important features of local government. Its proper management strengthens each of the 4 pillars. In Mafube, waste management is so worthless, it is no longer in this stadium. This is a vital impact on the environment, health and well-being of the community.
Solve the "axle problem" like this:
Appoint a professional environmental consultant with a background in waste management, with the task of drawing up a comprehensive waste management strategy for the entire Mafube municipal area.
Identify an alternative landfill that will meet the needs of the Frankfort (including Namahadi) in general within the framework of environmental regulations and legislation. Around the "alternative" site and equip it with the necessary heavy machinery and escorted personnel to manage and maintain the site.
Allow for community involvement and recycling process.
Discontinue use of the current landfill in a legal manner.
See to it being rehabilitated.
Develop the environment with a view to relaxation and recreation with a view to tourism.
